Personal data requested during registration on the bluedoor.pt platform will be treated in accordance with the rules defined in this Privacy Policy. Blue Door applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of registered users.

Responsible for processing personal data

The party responsible for data processing, for the purposes described below, is BD – Mediação Imobiliária, Lda, with NIF/Tax number 516513249 and headquartered in Portugal.

By accepting this privacy policy, you guarantee and declare that the personal data you have provided to us belong to you and that they are true, accurate and up-to-date. You must inform us immediately of any change to your personal data, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Data subject's rights section.

Based on the foundation "Execution of a contract", your data will be processed to:

  • • Management of your registration request;
  • Supply of products and services contracted or made available free of charge and for the management, maintenance and control of our relationship with you, which includes sending communications related to the aforementioned products and services, handling questions and complaints, sending products and billing payments, if applicable;
  • As part of your registration, you may receive communications, which may be sent electronically, regarding updates or new products and services, as well as discounts and opportunities.

Based on the legal basis "Legitimate interest of the data controller", your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Verify your identity for fraud prevention purposes;
  • Carry out satisfaction surveys on the products and services to which you have access as a user;

When we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Under current data protection legislation, you can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability by sending us an email to info@bluedoor.pt.

In order to enable you to consult your personal data, and in order to prevent the delivery of your data to an unauthorized third party, Blue Door may require proof of your identification. We ask that you also bear in mind that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing prior to the withdrawal.

For the holder of personal data, we guarantee that we will not proceed with the disclosure or distribution of their information to third parties and/or third parties, without their prior consent, unless legally determined to do so.

The data will only be kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
